Common questions

Who is this for?

Businesses preparing a business plan, a bank loan or investor discussion, a grant application or a major decision that needs a forecast they can explain.

What will I receive?

A linked profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow model built in Excel or Google Sheets, with an assumptions schedule and the agreed scenarios. You keep a fully editable copy.

Can the model support a loan, investment or grant application?

Yes. We prepare models and financial tables to support bank loan and investor discussions and grant or funding applications. A forecast supports a decision or application; it cannot guarantee funding or future performance.

How is the fee agreed, and can you update the model later?

Models are priced after a short scope review of the decision, the intended reader and the information available. Later updates as actual results come in can be agreed separately.
