Our story
Swift Accountancy London began in 2022 with a simple aim: to make life easier for small business owners.
We wanted owners to feel less worried about accounts, tax and filing deadlines. That meant making the work easier to understand, offering affordable support and giving people someone they could ask when they were unsure.
For one client who owns five companies, that has meant running payroll, catching up on overdue filings and keeping track of what is due next. We also help company owners plan how they take income through salary and dividends, with their tax position in mind.
Helping businesses build their systems and processes is a big part of our work. We use software and AI automation to reduce routine tasks. In one client example, this cut the time spent on bookkeeping and cash planning by more than 30%.
Based in London, we work remotely with clients across the UK. We also support accountancy and bookkeeping practices that need extra capacity.

Meet Muhammad
Muhammad has more than 10 years’ experience helping small businesses meet their compliance duties and work with accounting technology. He helps clients meet filing deadlines and use software, integrations and workflows that fit their day-to-day work.
Our work is led by experienced accounting professionals, including Chartered and Chartered Certified Accountants.
